- 3 modules

About this programme
A Certified Scrum Trainer runs this one, because Scrum Alliance requires it. Two days, heavily facilitated, with far more time spent practising the awkward parts of the job — running a retrospective nobody dreads, protecting a sprint without becoming an obstacle, holding a refinement session that finishes on time — than reading the Scrum Guide aloud. Your first exam attempt and two years of Scrum Alliance membership are included in the fee.
Who should attend
- Delivery managers, team leads, product owners and developers taking on scrum master duties.
