ECBA — Entry Certificate in Business Analysis
The 21 hours IIBA requires, taught around a single running product case so requirements techniques stick.
- 21 contact hours
- 4 weeks
- 4 modules
- 25 seats maximum
About this programme
ECBA is IIBA's entry credential, and it rewards people who can actually apply the BABOK techniques rather than recite them. Rather than marching through the knowledge areas in isolation, the course runs one product case from first stakeholder interview to signed-off requirements package. Elicitation, modelling, requirements life cycle management and solution evaluation all get taught at the point in that case where a working analyst would reach for them.
